Socialite Media Co. is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead content strategy, oversee multi-platform campaigns, and help scale our brand and client presence across digital platforms. This is a hands-on role that blends creative direction with tactical execution. You’ll work closely with our internal team to shape digital storytelling that drives attention, engagement, and results.


We’re looking for someone who understands the nuances of content, design, audience targeting, and brand voice — and knows how to tie it all together with consistency and intent.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Lead strategy for short-form content, brand storytelling, and audience engagement

  • Oversee content calendars, campaign tracking, and performance reporting

  • Design visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite as needed

  • Coordinate with our video editors and creative team to align execution with strategy

  • Build systems in Notion to track assets, briefs, and deadlines

  • Collaborate directly with leadership on brand tone, positioning, and growth priorities

    What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or creative direction

  • Strong background in short-form content and social storytelling

  • Proficient in Notion, Canva (or Adobe Suite), and basic performance tracking tools

  • Able to think strategically and execute independently

  • Excellent communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills

  • Must be based in (or relocating to) Las Vegas, NV


About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled video editor who can turn raw footage into captivating short-form content, quickly and with purpose. This role sits behind the scenes, supporting our creative team to deliver compelling storytelling in a fast-paced agency environment.


What You’ll Do


  • Edit short-form content (primarily vertical) for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts

  • Use CapCut and Adobe After Effects to implement branded edits, captions, and animations

  • Meet same-day turnaround times for most content

  • Follow creative direction set by our internal team, with occasional input on story flow

  • Occasionally build motion graphic assets or templates as needed

  • Work with pre-shot footage from our in-house and client content libraries



What We’re Looking For


  • Proficiency in CapCut, After Effects, Premiere Pro

  • Deep familiarity with storytelling through short-form video

  • Strong sense of pace, retention tactics, and platform-native formatting

  • Self-motivated, calm under pressure, and deeply collaborative

  • Must be based in (or relocating to) Las Vegas, NV
