Clients entering into retainer agreements with Socialite Media Company LLC are subject to our separate Terms and Conditions for Organic Social Content Partnerships, available upon request and included in all signed retainer agreements. Those terms govern the scope of work, payment, revisions, intellectual property, and all other aspects of the client relationship. In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms of Use and the Retainer Terms and Conditions, the Retainer Terms and Conditions shall prevail with respect to the client relationship.
